Our Story

Many people in our area are familiar with our tag line, “when you think real estate, think Ross,” but what they don’t know is our principal broker, Lucien Ross, has been thinking Ross for decades.

Mr. Ross has been in the real estate industry over 40 years, having opened his own real estate company in 1983 after obtaining his broker license. Prior to that he worked as a real estate agent under another local broker.

Ross maintains its local ownership and family atmosphere, Dottie Ross, Lucien’s wife, is the accountant for the business, while their daughter, Missi Ross Adkins, serves as the company’s associate broker and operations manager.

With more than 25 Realtors associated with Ross, it continues to be the one of the largest real estate firms in the local Realtor board, and has three physical offices to serve its clientele.
